a charge, to waive or use the right of appeal or to make a request
for a re-trial, to the lawful and legal attorney for the purpose
of seizing property, maintaining the seized property, in the case
of sale and/or auction is required to stop the auction or sale,
to seize property if required, to certify payment requests, to collect
refunds of security deposits and to proceed however is necessary
with the execution and appointment of a representative for the said
